Naručio sam 6 vrsta kvasca (White Labs i Wyeast tekući kvasac) i 100 grama hmelj (Nelson Sauvin, iz New Zealand) iz Engleske. I več stiže, i ne plačam carina. Naručio sam prošlje tjedan pa stiže za samo 6 dana. Nice!
Kvasac nije jeftin, oko 5.90 pounds UK (oko 48 kuna) za svaka vrsta, ali pošta je jeftin, samo 48 kuna za sve. Cijeli order košta 47 pounds UK, oko 380 kuna. I imaju PUNO kvasac ako želite some variety.
Na engleskom, malo:
If you order too much heavy stuff, the shipping costs too much. But if you just order light things like Kvasac and Hmelj, it's not too bad. They have good customer service too. Anyway, if you want to try some different varieties of hops or yeast, they have a really large selection of both.

Na engleskom, žao mi je. Nemam vermena sada za hrvatski.
You don't need any special equipment to harvest and reuse yeast. And you can harvest and reuse any yeast as long as your process is clean. If you don't brew super, super cleanly, you will take that contamination with you to your next beer and it will be even bigger. But if you DO brew very clean, and sanitary, then it's easy. You simply need some jars, water and a kettle to boil water in. Easy as hell. See the link above.
This is not for "slanting" yeast, which is a much more involved and difficult (and I'd say not necessary for the most part) process. If you just want to reuse your yeast, it's very easy. I do it all the time.
