Prvo kuhanje Simcoe I IPA

Ulovio sam malo vremena i u grijaču 25 L uz pomoć vreće skuhao prvo pivo. Nakon hlađenja sam ga probao i odmah bi ga mogao piti kak mi je fino,...ali ...
Po BrewersFriend sam dobio iskoristivost samo 55%
Temperaturu sam kontrolirao ručno uz pomoć dva termometra da budem siguran. Kretala se od 65-67°C kroz 60min masha. 15-ak puta sam na pipu pustio slad i prelio ga po vrhu zrnja. U mashu je bilo 9 L vode, a za Sparge sam koristio 4 L na 74-76°C. Cijeđenje je trajalo cca. 25-35 min. Hladio sam spiralom na 20°C i to je trajalo 20-25 min. Na kraju sam dobio 9 L pive u fermentor. pH mi je ispao 5.5
Okus i gorčina su mi super, to kaj je slatko bude otišlo u alkohol, nadam se
Mislim si da ta niska iskoristivost krije neku grešku, čitam da vi dobivate više od 70%.
